What Are You Doing?

There are times in our lives where we get so busy with just doing.


We are doing the most. We are doing the least.  We are doing just enough to get by.


What are we really doing?  What are the intentions behind our actions?  Are there any?


I want you to think about what you did this past week.


Did your actions have any purpose to promote the greater good in your life or the life of someone else?


“Greater good” can be achieved through something big such as organizing a community event or be as simple as taking a much-needed day to rest, relax and recharge your mind.  Take some time to stop and check-in with yourself on a regular basis.  Ask yourself what you doing and then from there you can figure out if you need to be doing something different.


Be intentional in your actions.
