The Greatest Gift You Can Still Give

During this season of hustle and bustle, crowded malls and empty pockets there is one gift that you can still give.

You will not find this gift on any top ten best gifts of 2015 list (although you should), nor will this gift be discounted on any sales flyer.

This gift in fact is so valuable that it is PRICELESS.

What is this gift you may ask? This gift is the gift of being unapologetically you!

Repeat after me “I am who I am just as I am and that is okay.”

When you recognize your likes and dislikes, your strengths and your weaknesses the opportunity to grow and develop into your best self is well within your grasp. You are being honest with yourself! When you are honest with yourself, you can be honest with others.

You will no longer need to question your identity or easily be influenced by the thoughts of others to make decisions for your life and/or guilt you into completing things that you are not passionate about.

Some of us spend so much time trying to please others that we are neglecting our true selves and not living in our own destiny. By denying your true self, one may experience internal conflicts and feelings of un-fulfillment and dissatisfaction.

By embracing your true self, you will be able to easily identify areas in your life to improve, as you will see what works or what doesn’t work in relation for where you are trying to go and who you are trying to become.

Self-discovery is a gift. A gift no one else can give you and most importantly, a gift that no one else can take from you. You are a gift to yourself and by being a gift to yourself; you are naturally a gift to others.

Enjoy the present!

Happy Holidays!
